How to choose a good wine

If you have a stable job where you save a portion of your salary each month, yet your financial situation isn’t where you’d like it to be, perhaps you're aiming in the wrong direction.

As I’ve said many times, cutting expenses to save money is fine; it’s necessary.

But creating new sources of income is much more effective.

It’s not about cutting expenses by 100, 200, or 300 euros or dollars or whatever a month, but about increasing your income by 100, 200, or 300 a month.

Mathematically, the result is the same, yes. But in the first case, you drink a red NZ wine, and in the second, a red Spanish wine.

And I don’t know about you, but the second is always the best option...

You can apply this to your own finances, but also to your company, if you are a business owner, or your department if you are a manager.

For my personal finances, I do it through my real estate businesses and this small online business… I don’t see any better way to do it.

In my businesses, I do it through upselling. Better to sell a more expensive kitchen than cutting cost and deliver a doggy kitchen. Better to negotiate a change notice in a construction project than trying to cut expenses to the bone. Etc.

Is it easy to achieve?

No. You need some work, and very likely a change in mindset.

What is easy is criticizing those who make it; that’s definitely easy, and free.

Look.

If you want something in life, there are two things that you can do immediately and almost guarantee results.

  1. Be persistent
  2. Keep an eye on people who are already where you want to be. Copy, adapt, and go back to step 1.

I can tell you more steps… but the best thing you could do is joining my mentorship.

I’m so sure that you’ll find something valuable or interesting that you can try it for free for 7 days before paying anything.

You feel stuck? Do promotions go to someone else? Do you think that you deserve more? Then… You have to move your ass. I’ve seen this many times. Great professionals. Technical remarkable. The best of the best. So good… that they remained stuck. Why is that? Simple. You’re doing such a good job, that you boss doesn’t want to lose you and want to stay where you are. If you think that simply because you are good, they’ll think of you when the time comes… you’re wrong. Trust me. I’ve been there....

Every day you can see examples. Our society is clearly weaker and weaker by the day. You browse around a little, and you see a post with hundreds of likes. I stop, curious. And what do I see? The dopamine injection of feel-goodism that dulls us all. See below: The true luxuries of life are: Slow mornings with coffee, staring at nothing. A good night's sleep. A fit body. Peace of mind. Living in the present moment. The freedom to choose what you want to do. Being surrounded by people you love....

You cannot help it. You pay yourself last. You are the last monkey in the queue. Don’t believe it? Well… let’s check. You have your day planned out. You're going to be strict and responsible. You’re going to do what you're supposed to do and not get sidetracked. You’re going to wake up early. You’re going to have a proper breakfast, hit the gym, work without allowing interruptions. You’re going to leave at a certain time, and come home without looking at your phone until the next day, but......
